What was the 1st album by Prince that you bought?

I honestly can't recall, wer're talking 1983 here!!.. but I would probably say the first piece of music I bought would have been the Controversy cassette due to "Do Me Baby"....this is the song that I really recall making an impact to me when I was introduced to Prince's music...I know I had that cassette only though...never bought that album......I did buy the "For You" and "Prince" albums though, among plenty others.....that' s as good as my recollection goes though with the first album

What was the 1st song you ever heard by Prince?

I'm sure it was probably 1999 or Little Red Corvette.... I know I knew who Prince was before I really was introduced to his "entirety".. ..it was my "now" ex who I started dating in 1983 who really turned me on to Prince and although I had heard of him before, I never really knew all the great music that he had that wasn't getting air time

What was the 1st concert you saw with Prince?

Purple Rain - New Orleans Superdome 1985 ......awesome show!!!

Who are your favorite related artist (to Prince)?

Mayte for her beauty.....she' s just breathtaking. ....but I think I will always have a special place in my heart for Wendy and Lisa....gotta love them

What is your favorite related artist album?

The Time - "Cool" was it!!

What is your favorite related artist song?

See answer above....Wendy and Lisa's Waterfall is a good one too - and Sheila's Glamorous Life is cool

What was the 1st tour you saw with a related artist?

Gosh, that one I don't know.....I don't think I ever saw anyone separately without him....I've seen Morris WITH him at concerts.... I've seen Chaka WITH him at concerts.... I've seen Sheila E. WITH him....I don't think I've been to a concert where one of his "proteges" or "related artists" were headlining.. ..

This was a nice way of getting our minds thinking about Prince, PFL!!!
