Hey fellow 5-ers I have a quick question...what do you typically eat during the 5 hour window? I think I am eating too much but I am not sure how I will be able to tell. So I just want to know what you eat and how much of it?
This is the beginning of my third week and I feel as though I have lost nothing =/ I also havent been working out though...I just need some re-enouragement I guess!! Thanks!
