I'd also add to bring a couple extra blankets and stay warm. Heat is for
many a trigger and hospitals are notoriously cold! Plan ahead to do anything
that triggers your seizures you may know of. Of course sex is probably out
due to the video camera :-)

Stay up all night until at least 3AM. Make sure not to get enough sleep.
They got a bunch of seizures from me after did that. They even had to fight
with me during a fugue, which provided an awesome VEEG signal even though it
was off-camera.
