Apple Slaw - 10g Carbs, 2.1g Fiber

Try this healthy version of coleslaw for a sweet and crunchy side.
At only 2 grams of fat and 10 grams of carbs per serving, it's the
perfect complement to any barbecue dish.
Servings: 6
Serving size: 1 cup
This Recipe Is:
* Diabetic Friendly
* Low Calorie
* Low Cholesterol
* Low Fat
* Low Sodium
* Low Saturated Fat
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
7 cups shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 cups diced Golden Delicious apple (about 2 medium)
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk
until blended. Add cabbage and apple; toss well.
Cover and chill thoroughly, tossing occasionally.
Tip: If you want to add a little more tartness to this salad, you
can make it with Granny Smith apples.
