This part is a good description of my complex partial extra stuff before or after... But this part you described is so bad I cannot usually discern a seizure is coming myself unless I fall down~that is what my seizure dog does.
Your comment below that fits my symptoms:

"She is very disoriented and dizzy and gets a headache after them. The main problem is confusion, though."

hi my 18yo also had infantile spasms and now has complex partials. She is very disoriented and dizzy and gets a headache after them. The main problem is confusion, though.
