I may have more than those. My symptoms vary at all times. I have learned more here than from my doctors. For the first 5 years the neurologist told my other physician what kind of seizures showed on the tests and what to prescribe for me.
Only in the last 9-11 months did I get a new neurologist and I saw her twice. They want to do a sleep study on me for 5 days, but it is planned 3 months ahead and if that happens to be a good week or month I may be fine the whole time.
I also have pseudo seizures. I have had almost all the kinds described here according to the symptoms described on list and the symptoms described by people who have worked with me or experienced my episodes over periods of time.
So if I do get a test on the old machines at VA and they show we will have some detail with me wired up and constantly in bed. I cannot describe. Even the times I was partially conscious and I kept telling er staff I would fall out, I only felt like my leg was kicking out and I could not stay upright in my chair any more, my helper said both arms legs and my head and body were all jerking. But what that is called for me is = they finally put me into a bed with sides up and an IV in STAT.
No description given to me. Jennie+Shadow
Sincerely,
Jennie

Jennie,
I'm under the impression that you don't fall down with
Complex Partial sz. I don't think I do. (I live alone)

This part is a good description of my complex partial extra stuff before or after... But this part you described is so bad I cannot usually discern a seizure is coming myself unless I fall down~that is what my seizure dog does.
Your comment below that fits my symptoms:
"spasms and now has complex partials.
"She is very disoriented and dizzy and gets a headache after them. The main problem is confusion, though."

hi my 18yo also had infantile spasms and now has complex partials. She is very disoriented and dizzy and gets a headache after them. The main problem is confusion, though.
