I went cold turkey. It was the most natural for me. I didn't have any of the issues others have had with it. Been doing it since april 1 this year. Dropped 30+ lbs and 3 pant sizes.

Thanks for the tips. I just drank like a liter of water and am starting to feel a little better. I'm going to try to tough it out, no cheating or halfway steps. I figure that way I'll get through the worst of it quicker instead of prolonging the struggle. Kind of like diving right into the cold water instead of inching your way in.

I'm wondering what others did? Did you start gradually or just go cold turkey?
