It probably means there is something not right with your digestive system.

I would guess taking probiotics, and digestive enzymes like bromelian.
You could also try colonic irrigation.

Also, do you noitce your breath getting better or worse after eating certain foods?
Eating sweets makes my breat go bad sometimes.
