I'm drinking lots of water plus some coffee, decaff coffee and green and white tea (not tea with milk!). Wondering if this is normal and will settle down after a while. I know a lot of the liquid we get is from food so maybe it's down to me eating less, but I never had this with ADF.

Once 5 o'clock comes round I try and eat some fruit and nuts or a salad, then have my evening meal around 7 thinking I can then snack a bit later, but I'm finding it hard to eat all my evening meal and almost force myself to snack later on. My stomach feels so full and heavy almost as soon as I start eating. Again I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this and if my body will adapt.
