[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Passion Fruit and Mango Sorbet

 

Passion Fruit and Mango Sorbet -

4 ripe, wrinkled passion fruits
3 medium ripe mangoes or large ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons sugar, or, to taste

Cut the passion fruits into halves. Spoon the pulp (seeds and all) into a food processor container or blender.

Add the mangoes. Process until pureed. Strain out the seeds. Taste the mixture and add sugar if desired.

Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
