Steve,
I get a body massage every month for 1 hr. He says he doesn't do
acupuncture but he knows where the spots are that they use.
He has got the most educated fingers! He can find a sore spot
and press. I tell him that I don't hurt before I come in and I
don't hurt when I leave but I sure hurt while I am there.
But without his release of my stiff muscles-- I don't know
where I would be. My shoulders are usually tight -- so I would
probably have headaches plus a lot more.
