Craig, if you know aspartame and MSG trigger your szs, just avoid them. I have a certain amount of sympathy. I have to be gluten-free because I have Celiac Disease, but I don't expect the world around me--or even my family, for that matter--to eliminate gluten. Advocating for yourself is important, but you can't expect the world to make it all go away. Not everyone has the same problems. I have to read all labels carefully, and I do. Assuming personal responsibility for your health is all you can do. Getting all pissed off at the rest of the world won't make them come to your rescue.

Yes that Beatles popular hit is famous everywhere in DC. Remember Lies Lies ? It seems like someone from the FDA is either lying to me, or lying to my congresswoman. None the less, I got a message in words spoken directly to me and my mom as a person told us that the FDA is powerless without any authority from congress. Now my congresswoman sends me a copy of the letter sent to her about how the FDA has no desire to make any changes in the MSG / MonoSodiumGlutamate regulations/ restrictions, as MSG is a safe additive,chemical, preservative, or whatever it is to be called.. MSG is all of that as well as a food enhancer to make you eat more food all the time. MSG also causes seizures especially Grand Mals but what percent % of the people care about that fact ? Anyone Out There ? Anyone Care, Sorry,,, I was singing the chorus line of FOOLIN from Def Lepard. I sent back an email back to my congresswoman, stating that I did not believe

word in the letter she sent to me from the FDA. I also asked her WHY does the drug maker for dilantin feel the need to put Aspartame in that dilantin drug they are using it in. They and the doctors must need more money which they can get from people having more seizures from aspartame in dilantin, more trips to the doctors, more higher doses of the drug, and more money from us the they all get rich as we all suffer. Don't anyone here reject this unless you're not 98.6. It's time everyone call their elected members of the house and senate and ask them what in the hell is these drug companies and FDA are puposely doing to us now or and years later ? One thing for sure, they the FDA, drug companies and most doctors are the only ones smiling.
