So I now know that what I suspected was right on: my thyroid levels have been through the ROOF. I am now stopping Melatonin (which raises it), going back onto Ambien, cutting my thyroid med (and maybe getting off of it; bloodwork in 2 weeks to see), and looking forward to SLEEP!!!!!!!!!
