                         Shrimp and Garlic Sauce

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  6             ounces  Boursin cheese -- (1 1/2 cups)
  3        tablespoons  whipping cream
     1/4         pound  shrimp -- cooked and peeled
                        freshly ground black pepper
                        chopped fresh parsley
                        For serving: -- cooked pasta for 4 people

Heat cheese and cream in a small saucepan. Stir until cheese has melted. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Stir in shrimp and pepper. Toss together and pour over the pasta. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Makes 4 servings.

You can use any kind of garlic-flavored cheese for this well flavored quickie. Boursin, Bressot or garlic roulade all work well. Serve with long flat pasta for best results.
