Re: [epilepsy] Re: Hi all. Newbie here!

Been around for quite a while now Rodolfo (love that name) just not always on touch. Either on here answering
everyone or you won't see me for a few days. :)smile:( You also will find quite a few Julies here that's why
put my last name on there....makes for a good one as there is 'Hope' for all of us.

Here Steph is where a diary comes in handy and between each appointment as the questions come into your mind
write them down. Believe me it is hard to remember everything, but a diary of questions wanted to ask, as well
as another with dates and how each of your seizures acted + circumstances around each one would sure help.
Some doctors only allow a couple questions for each visit, but if you have a list and can hand it to him get
him to write the answer down beside it after he has told you and that way you can go over it later too.
Always ask if the doctor says something ask that big 'why' 'what can I expect from' 'side effects'.
Good luck with your EEG and MRI scans.

doctors are brilliant they only have a limited time and i always remember another question afterwards but
forget it by the time i get home to write it down!

Steph
