the smoothie recipe is whole-milk buttermilk, kefir, or yogurt; banana or berries; coconut oil, egg yolks, maple syrup or raw honey or stevia powder; vanilla extract, nutmeg. Email me offlist if you want the full recipe with amounts for each ingredient.
