[epilepsy] Re: To people who have a seizure response dog



I think there must be a polite way to strike up a conversation with
someone who happens to have a service dog. From my experience, people
with various disabilities don't really mind having a conversation
about their service animal or other issues. I think what is important
is that you treat any person with respect and that you are sensitive
to what might offend. The thing that disabled people dislike is
people who act like they don't see them or talk above and around the
person, as if they can't speak for themselves.
