And your story is what it's all about. Julie said, "when he came to us had worn a helmet as well, could not speak and yet had a smile that was unbelievable. One you don't forget. He would when he was happy clap his hands. We as staff for some reason would clap with him doing 'patty cake'. It took 5 years of doing and not even realizing what we were accomplishing he came out doing and saying the words 'atty cake'. Well that had us all stunned!"
Yes, you never give up... there is always something that you can give. Jeremiah learned to read before he could say a meaningful sentence.
