[epilepsy] Re: Hi all. Newbie here!

Hi itsme_imhere85,

Welcome to the group. First off, you are among friends here who really can relate to your situation! I'm one of them (smile). Most of my seizures over the years where complex partial seizures. I usually had 1-7 seizures on average each month.

Now (smile), you asked what will you be like when you turn 50 (smile)! Well, wish I was that age (big smile)! Can't say what you will be like when you become younger than I am now. I'm 51 and at my young age. I've been working at my current full time job for 22 years now. I play tennis 3 times a week (sometimes 4), very active outside during the summer. Days are to short to do all I wish I had the time to do. Yea my head is grey, but its a full head of hair (big smile)! Though I've had epilepsy 33 years now with my seizures not under control most those years. I was still out all I could to playing tennis and bicycling all I could. I've always enjoyed doing allot of walking also. So, you wonder about when you are 50, I think about later years for me (smile). Again, welcome to the group (smile). Take care, keep a smile on your face.

Steve
