This describes my favorite methods of exercise over the last year :)
Except I need more play. I do chase kids and dogs, but not often enough :) and I’d like more soccer or somethng like that :)

Insofar as what my philosophy exercise is...I do rather like the "primal" approach espoused by Mark Sisson (Kristina posted the link).
Walk a lot
Sprint for very brief periods
Lift Heavy objects
"Play" (aka, chase your dog around the yard, play soccer, dance your heart out, etc)
Don't be stupid (aka, don't drop those heavy objects on your feet, don't get into car accidents, etc)
