[fast5] fructose?

So i am supposed to look at WHAT I eat?   Not what I read in the book.  I haven't broke any fasts with cookies and sugar ...Am I supposed to Atkins?   you know, lo carb, etc.  come on give me a break.  Its only one month....SEE ME IN 6. mary
