Steve,
Any person (disabled or not) who drives with or w/o epilepsy can buy exactly
five(5) packages containing twelve soda cans to get a special price can remove
of them in one visit.Non-driving disabled people are usually given a reduced
cost by bus company because their need to travel by bus.I doubt if anybody can
carry five of the twelve packs onto a bus.I can't lift these and then walk with
any control of them at anytime. Most people will probably put one at a time into
their cars trunk. That person did it all in one trip and spent the rest of the
day watching TV,seeing their football team lose a game before he shot his r.
temporal lobe. The stores manager was glad because he prevented the non-driver to
spend all day going back and forth in three store visits and made six bus trips
which prevented him from seeing it on TV that day.

Tim,
Simply put, that is called marketing! Wouldn't it be discriminating to let
disabled people buy less than those who have to by more for that same lowerer
price? That would be called discrimination against the non disabled! What a
wacky world we live in (smile)! It would be the same comparing the rich vs what
was the middle class and is now the lower class. The rich can buy more of
something at cheaper prices, the what was middle and now is low class can't
afford it anymore! Hey, I believe its going to get allot worse in the coming
years!
