New on the list and to the fast 5...I have a very healthily attitude about food so my first thought was (I live in FL so no google needed) how wonderful, to be able to walk out your back door and harvest what your body wants.
I am not doing this for weight loss, I have been the same weight since high school (except for a couple of sad years). This is not a "fad diet" ...if your body would like an orange eat an orange just remember balance it out with a healthy meal or snack prior to a sugar crash.
Kudos to the one month mark and look forward to updates:)

Not what I read in the book. I haven't broke any fasts with cookies and sugar ...Am I supposed to Atkins? you know, lo carb, etc. come on give me a break. Its only one month....SEE ME IN 6.
