Hi Wendy,
Just remember that stress is a major cause of seizures! I so often when getting stressed out, had seizures not long after. And, at times when I suddenly freaked out about something and then quickly felt stressed out, so often had a aura or seizure within minutes. In time I learned my limitations on how much sudden stress was needed to cross the line in triggering a aura or seizure.
We all simply need to learn our limitations in different areas that can trigger seizures. Its allot easier said than done but it did help me in trying to stay away from things that could trigger seizures. Take care, keep a smile on your face!
