I am also a HUGE Maceo Parker fan. At 67 he is at his prime-
opened with Prince at the IZOD and is touring well into 2011
(check out maceoparker.com).

My very favorite Maceo Parker is Soul of a Black Man with the
Late Most Excellent James Brown ("It's so hard when you got
3 meals a day, oatmeal, no meal and missed meal...").

Someone started a Maceo Parker yahoo list but it seems to have
been highjacked by some funky sex sales types. So, I joined it
and have been posting Maceo's news on the group's site.

Check it out if you also like Maceo Parker, or perhaps we can
start a new one. Anyone out there interested?
