Oh yes. It’s VERY addictive for me! Very very very addictive. The odder thing I suppose is that I love to do it early in the morning. It’s so addictive I wake up easily to do it and sometimes am so excited about it I have trouble sleeping!

Ps-working out does things for the lymph system and other body functions that nothing else can. Perhaps instead of your usual workouts you could just walk instead? It has these same health benefits and you get all of them from only 2-3 brisk walks a week. It’s rather amazing actually........ It’s interesting that I’m reading this today as I just talked to my husband about joining aerobics classes again.......i miss that.... Especially in the winter....
Pss-so, no exercise is not necessary but from personal experience I’ve found it does things that nothing else can do.... I do get some of the opiate stuff from fasting, etc. but it still can’t accomplish some of the ideal physical stuff that brisk walking takes care of.....

Me, I AM lazy, I have to force myself to exercise! I will exercise every day for two or three months, then slack for at least that long or longer, then force myself to start again....
