2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts -- cubed
1 onion -- minced
2 garlic cloves -- minced
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup no-sugar raspberry jam
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Place the chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together the onion, garlic, chili sauce, jam, Worcestershire sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Pour it over the meat.

Cook on low for 3 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir before serving.

Serves 16, as a starter
