Hello Jamie ~ Nice to meet you :-) Yes, well, er.......... the last thing I want to do is to call attention while I am in this state because I am already not thinking straight and am frightened and wouldn't want to hurt anyone while fleeing. I also have a panic disorder and this goes into full swing when I am in an aura. Oh, yes, forgot to mention sudden onset of panic and anxiety to the list.

There's just my cat and myself in this world for now.

Debbie thanks for sharing your story, I hope you find a neuro that works for you. Do you have any friends /family that live close by? I thik it would be very dangerous to get into your car and drive when having a episode.
Isn't wierd how when we need help we don't ask for it? You knew something was wrong but you fleed rather than trying to get help. I know I have done similar things in the past, please be careful :)
