I've had migranes for years, and going to sleep is usually my best option when meds don't work. Since that isn't always an option, I can also tell you that I've found caffeine to be a trigger for me-many otc migrane pills actually contain it, and there can be a rebound effect when it gets out of your system. Dark chocolate may be something to avoid.
I have also noticed different patterns with my headaches-when they seem to involve my shoulders, heat actually helps. (So does yoga/streaching, but that's more of a preventative measure, rather than one to do when you actually have the headache.) If it's more sinusish, alternating heat and cold provides some relief. I know what you're talking about in regards to the dental pain, but those types of headaches are rare for me...I think heat has helped? But then I ususually assocate tooth pain with cold, so I may be mixed up here.

Uhura,
I used to have migraine headaches but don't anymore -- but
I never associated it with EP.
I suggest you keep a diary of when you have a sz, when you take
your meds and whatever you take for headache, when you grind your
teeth how long your headache lasts, etc
Maybe you need to change your meds but if you have a diary like I
suggested it might be help your Dr.
