2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon water
18 wonton wrappers
cooking spray
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon five-spice powder

Preheat oven to 400F.

Combine sesame oil and 1 t. water in a small bowl. Set aside.

Place wonton wrappers on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush evenly with oil mixture. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds, salt and five-spice powder.

Bake at 400F for 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Yield: 6 servings ( 3 wonton crisps each).
