Great to be here. : )

3:30 - 8:30 is nice. I am doing 1 - 6pm at the moment but will push it along a bit I think. But slowly as I can. I am pretty interested in food by 1pm!!!

Interesting about the carbs. I react that way too. Maybe I had too many raisins. Could be. I ate oranges then eggs and finished with raisins. I see what you ate... pretty healthy. I think I need to add salads more. I do make a fruit porridge with all kinds of things in like herbs and spices and put 20g protein with a powdered shake I have. You won't believe what I add to it! and just liquidise it in wild berry juice.

I have to tell you... I love this!.. already... even though only day 2. I believe I am going to get healthier and healthier with this eating lifestyle. Super reading how everyone is doing. I am very thankful to Dr Herring for putting this out. His book makes so much sense.
