A tsp to one qt of water?
Wow. I thought I read that an average lemon could give 1 bsp of juice, so I have used that much per 8-10 oz of water…
It’d be great to know 1 tsp in a whole quart would be ‘enough’!!

Lemon juice should only be a teaspoon per quart of water. The lemon juice may be affecting your blood sugar, making it spike up then drop. Lemon juice in large amounts does have calories and carbs. Try adding a green tea bag to a quart of iced water. I keep adding water to mine all day.
