Thanks for the input. I have learned when my blood sugar is getting too low... how it feels... so just eat quickly. Was just a bit nervous to deliberately go fasting cos am very busy and hate feeling weak. I probably fell asleep yesterday in reaction to it... but felt so fantastic the rest of the day that didn't even need to eat a meal the rest of the day! Stayed strong and alert. Really amazed me. This stuff really works! I think anyone can condition themselves to it ... no matter what...but as you say...find your own way. : ) Not rigid.
