Now "see" that's the kind of answer I wanted. Not that u said my favorite Era (Emancipation), sis but ever since I found out about Dream Factory and other undiscovered "gems" that only the deep hardcore people like me look 4. I actually feel/believe Dream Factory should have been the album P put out but, it's all apart of the journey. P had his reasons 4 not putting it out and I will not argue or debate that. I feel the perfect time 4 me 2 have discovered P's music was when he was just leaving WB and going 4 self and putting it out xactly how he saw fit. Every era from my point of view is beautiful un2 itself. When u really sit down and think about it, is P saying anything new? I would answer that no but the music is always fresh and new, at least 2 me.

Hmm..fav "Era/Album". ..this is always a difficult question 4 me. There r so many songs from Prince that I simple "adore" (that span from the early year's up to now), it just impossible to pick one "era". But, If I had to choose an album..hands- down...it would b "Sign 'O The Times". I can listen 2 this double-dip, over and over again and still feel like it's a brand new joint. Era-wise, I was a maniac during the Emancipation era!! I went 2 see him per4orm not only in ChiTown but to any shows remotely close-by (Indiana, Detroit, Ohio..). I can't even explian why...I just couldn't get enough of the JOY performances. I've collected as many of the shows I could find on audio/video and still enjoy viewing them. It just something about that time that was so exciting to me. I try not to compare one album to the next...am not looking for another "Purpla Rain" or "SOTT". Each one of Prince's "children" are unique and special in thier on why. Each have something different to offer and I love listening to something I haven't heard in a while and finding a note I've missed hearing before. Prince's music is just so full of life and there is just so much room for everyone to enjoy it all! j "Every Once In Awhile U Need Some Ol 'Skool Company" LoTusFlow3r cTg Homepage!
