When I was nursing, any drop in calorie consumption lead to a drop in my milk production and the quality of milk (evidenced by cranky, never-satasfied babies). I think Karen is right, up your calories when you eat... remember, while you are nursing your body is on loan to someone else. Maybe now is not the best time to restrict your calories if you are the sole provider of nourishment to your baby. And the fact that you aren't losing may be further evidence that your body is needing more calories to produce.. so it is holding on to every last ounce on you! Good luck.
