Hi everyone! Normally, I'm just a lurker here, quietly reading everyone's posts every day. Just thought I'd chime in and say how much I love this way of eating. I've been doing this since March 31st. I've had a few stumbles but find that when I'm able to stick to my window (3:30-8:30pm) I feel great (and, I'm slowly losing weight).

I think it's important to eat a healthy diet and since the window of eating is shortened, I like to get my healthy food in first....salads, fruits/veggies, lean protein and then if I eat 'crap-food' afterwards, I don't beat myself up about it, as long as it's in my window. This, for me, is the beauty of this program.....you can eat whatever you want. This is what 'fuels me' (pun intended) during the day.

As an aside, I love that I'm not a slave to food anymore. I am no longer afraid of feeling hungry---I kind of like it. It makes me feel light and energized.
