Hi everyone! Normally, I'm just a lurker here, quietly reading everyone's posts every day. Just thought I'd chime in and say how much I love this way of eating. I've been doing this since March 31st. I've had a few stumbles but find that when I'm able to stick to my window (3:30-8:30pm) I feel great (and, I'm slowly losing weight).
I think it's important to eat a healthy diet and since the window of eating is shortened, I like to get my healthy food in first....salads, fruits/veggies, lean protein and then if I eat 'crap-food' afterwards, I don't beat myself up about it, as long as it's in my window. This, for me, is the beauty of this program.....
As an aside, I love that I'm not a slave to food anymore. I am no longer afraid of feeling hungry---I kind of like it. It makes me feel light and energized.
