I think if I was you I would find another habit. I think that is what the
major thing that caused my mom to pass away a few years ago.You should eat a
good breakfast and try to exercise everyday. I read that smoking shrinks
your blood veins, so I wouldn't chance anything like that. It takes time for
the effects to show. That is something you have to decide for yourself, but
I wouldn't take the chance of the seizures or anything.Take care of
yourself.
