[fast5] Re: Help, advice, once again...?



I like to use carbonated mineral water- it adds a little mineral content that can be washed out of your body by drinking too much plain water. I squeeze the juice from one lemon, then fill up the glass with a naturally carbonated mineral water. Sometimes a twist of a mint leaf thrown in is good on a hot day. ;) Green tea and Oolong tea are my main staples though.
