Heh Heh.
I smoked for 31 years and quit cold turkey, as you people put it.
I didn't smoke for over 2 years.
Then.....it hit me 1 day sitting here ar my PC that I am sick, truly sick with several various illnesses.
I am in the throws of the grieving process and am grateful I can feel today.
My adult son recently moved in with me and he smokes outdoors.
I, honestly, couldn't take it anymore as I was craving a cigarette terribly....
That's all she wrote.
Yes, I am fully aware nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and because I quit once, I will do it soon.
Besides, many of you are aware I stopped drinking and drugging 15 years ago - in fact, this month is my Anniversary.
But cigarettes??
Oy...
