Hi......I was actually on Klonopin for severe depression  before i was diagnosed with EP 3 yrs ago.  Klonopin made me very very tired and very out of it.  Plus i was gaining weight from not being able to "live" just sleeping.

 

I am currently on Triepl, Lamical, and I am still having seizures once per month.  Recently, I had a seizure while driving and that happened after being seizure free for OVER A YEAR!  Has anyone been in remission and if so....what medications are working for complex partial seizures.  Thanks!

Is anyone here taking phenobarbital? Does anyone know why certain strengths are still available like 16.32 mg and other strengths are not available like 15 mg? What, if anything, did your doctor suggest as a better alternative med? I read that PB has "long term side effects" but cannot really find any listed. How about Klonopin?
