                              Grape Mostarda

     1/2           cup  balsamic vinegar
     1/2           cup  sugar

  1         Tablespoon  cracked mustard seeds
  1                     cinnamon stick
     1/2           cup  seedless red grapes
  2          teaspoons  mustard powder

In a saucepan, boil balsamic vinegar, sugar, cracked mustard seeds and a
cinnamon stick until reduced by half. 
Add  seedless red grapes and mustard powder. Simmer over low heat for 10
minutes or until grapes are barely cooked through. 
Transfer to clean jars. Refrigerate for up to three months. Serve with
rich meats.
