I drink decaffeinated coffee that has been swiss water processed. This is supposed to be the only safe method to extract caffeine. I found mine at Starbucks. Even with decalf tea you need to be careful with the extraction process as those chemicals are also questionable. Funny thing about Gingerale. I get auras after drinking that, not sure why.
I don't understand how the FDA will allow these companies not to label correctly and tell what is in the sweeteners (artificial and natural). When I call I am told this is proprietary information and won't give this out.

When I was first diagnosed, I was told to stay away from caffeine and artificial sweeteners, mainly for the migraines, but also because they could cause seizures. So until I knew what caused them, my mom bought caffeine-free Pepsi, I drank decaf, etc...
Also, a lot of chewing gum is made with aspartame!!
