Re: [epilepsy] Mozart & Epilepsy

Hi
I must say off the topic 'I just love your email name' you picked my favourite flower. :) All said and done I
love music and whenever no matter how off in outer space I were, I use to play many of those pieces on the
piano. Once I had them in my head they just came out. Listening to quiet music is a good stress buster and
good to put you to sleep at night time should you be having trouble. Does me anyway.

I used to go to an art therapist and music therapist. Her favorite CD's came fromThe Monroe Institute which
carries a whole selection of brain wave CD's and one of them is called Metamusic. The therapy behind this is
called "HemiSync". It has all the known musicians in these CD's. In order to get the full benefit is to have
on headphones that are sensitive to the frequency changes to pick up the binaural beats or sit between two
stereo speakers.

I'm going to try to get the CD with the Sonate K448 and give it a try. Wonder if in order to benefit from the
beats you need to be wearing special headphones.

I'm listening to Bach now.

Debbie
