Thank you all for your input! I've been jump roping and running since I last posted that, and am trying to keep doing at least SOMETHING every day for at least thirty minutes. I guess I'm just so relieved I found Fast Five I don't really see the need for exercise everyday, but I guess it's still good for the body. lol It gets very addictive when I'm into it, but sometimes I get so tired of it I just want a break.
