[epilepsy] Re: Hi Everyone



Keena, Thank You for the Great Welcome. Many don't understand why we would adopt. With me... I had to be there for who ever needed me. I didn't want someone with brain damage… but that's the one that came. I had 4 grown children at the time we adopted Jeremiah. But I know if I would have given up my quest… Jeremiah would still be a little boy, still tied in his crib, in diapers, doing nothing, asking, "What's your name? And Where's your car?"
What I have been given is a job with rewards of miracles.

Doxie – in North West Denver (son age 27, with severe brain damage, spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, seizures and etc.)
