Kirsteen,
I'm at about the same place you were when you started. I am at about 185 and saw your post. Congrats on your success! Would you share what your typical meal might be and also what you do for exercise?? I know it's a long road ahead for me and seeing your post is very inspiring!! How long have you been on the Fast-5??
At the present, I try to break my fast with a raw veggie or an apple to take the "edge off" the appetite before having a meal and then am working on making that meal a healthy one. Exercise has been a problem due to arthritis, but I want to add some stationary bike once I have mastered the transition phase.
I'm sure it's been awhile since your early days starting out, but any advice, comments, tips would be wonderful!
Many thanks in advance,
Susie
