Thanks for the compliment... I always "File" the recipe before posting... however I am way behind in filing recipes posted by others so I suggest that when you want a recipe for a particular ingredient that you do a search of the messages... that can be done in the advanced search form if you choose... My health problems have me limited in what I can do but this helps to pass the time... there are times when I am not able to be on the computer as much though. It has helped to keep me busy and sane... LOL!

The "Files" are full of a wide variety of recipes that should take care of any craving... and eat well too!
