Dr Herring has said on this forum in the past that he suggests a late window because it allows you to go to sleep after your window. That gives you time while you sleep for your insulin levels to normalize and you don't notice if you feel hungry. But he's also said that as long as you get in 19 hours per day, that's what matters. Many people here have had great results eating in the morning.
