Sometimes it just happens. -easily. depending on your salt - and/or water intake. (among other things) Remember 1 gallon of water weighs over 8 pounds - so if your getting your water your numbers can be off. I find weighing once a week helps - this way I am not obsessing over the little gains once in a while. Because they just happen sometimes - it doesn't necessarily mean your gaining fat. (Did I mention muscle weighs more than fat too? So if your exercising and you gain muscle - it's entirely possibly to gain a pound.)
I,m on my third day of F5, trying to find a good window for me and adjusting. I was a little disappointed this morning, got on the scale and gained a lb. I'm 53 YO female, 5'5", 141 lbs looking to lose 5-10 lbs. Is it normal to gain? I've beening tracking my calories on another online site and not going over 1100-1200 calories per day. I exercise 15-20 lb mod-vig 5 x wk (walk up stairwells a work). Any suggestions or advice??
