Get yourself one of those corn/wheat bags that you can put in microwave (also freezer if want cold). I do and
they are good to put on the back of your neck or any aching part of your body for that matter. Last forever
too. Can also make one if you are in the sewing mood. :(smile:) that way you can make them as big as you
want, long or short and also wide.

Good answer. I have the same headaches after mine. Usually all I can do, is to sleep off the headache like a
hangover. Good luck!

One of the things that you can do with the transdermal magnesium that is great is if you have a
sore/stiff neck or shoulder or pain in the neck or back of the head, rub some transdermal magnesium on it and
then put a hot damp towel on it. This is very good for relaxing the muscles or veins depending if it ia
headache or sore muscles. I have put done this to my forehead too for a headache. This is not a cure for
anything for it is way to deal and treat headaches and sore stiff necks and shoulders. The worse headache I
have ever had was the back of my head and neck - it felt like sharp pains coming out of the top of my spine.
